Harvest Home Sunday!
Today we celebrated Harvest Home at Church.  We had a special speaker from Faith Baptist Bible  College of Ankeny, Ia.  He was a Pastor  but, now is a  Professor. ( Dean Taylor)  He spoke in Sunday school-Church-and afternoon service.  He spoke of the many different ways God loves us.  He proved His love for us by taking our sins upon Himself at the cross of Calvary.  He loves us when life is going really well and also when it is hard.  He spoke from out of Romans 5.  The choir sang two specials  in morning service and we choose favorites for afternoon service.  Dixie Hines catered our whole turkey and ham dinner with all the trimmings.  It was a delicious meal and wonderful fellowship.  Es won the centerpiece from our table.  Pastor Fury shared with us that a former intern Pastor Sharpie had passed on to heaven yesterday.

HARVEST HOME SUNDAY
We had a wonderful time of Bible study yesterday as it was Harvest Home Sunday yesterday.  Our guest speaker was Dr. Sam Horn.  Following the morning Sunday school and worship service we had a Thanksgiving dinner.  After a time of singing and a brief devotional the young people enjoyed a hayride.
