Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creation: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Labor Day

Labor Day!
What a wonderful day we just had.  My niece Violet and her husband David were down.  My neighbor lady Patty grilled hamburgers and brats for us.  We each put some of our food together and shared a great meal.   We had a heavy very brief shower and now the sky is blue and peeks of the sun.
David checked out a couple spots Esther had wondered about putting fans in, but there is not enough support for the weight that would be involved.  In October we will plan a visit to their home.  Our visits are short, but always so nice.  Well I will try to start blogging a little more.  I was having problems, but Violet helped me to get back.  Thank You Violet.

Holiday, Friends

We celebrated the 4 Th today. Our neighbor and we grilled out. Try this recipe sometime.
Two pounds ground round
One package Lipton onion soup
One cup grated cheddar cheese
One/Fourth cup barbecue sauce
Mixed very well and grill
ENJOY
We will attend our worship service tomorrow morning. So thankful for that freedom.
We won't be seeing any live fire works tomorrow evening. We will watch a couple programs of them tomorrow evening.
I'm baking six dozen cookies to take to church for Bible school this up coming week.
We hope you have a safe & fun July 4 Th. Don't forget to worship.
