Dawn and I tried a new recipe Saturday. It was mounds and almond joy bars.
It only had three ingredients. Mixing was easy melting chocolate was easy. Then the last step.
The recipe said to put the bars in freezer for 20 minutes. We then took them out and tried dipping them they were not firm enough. We found that three hours worked the best. We could then do a few and then had to freeze them again before they would dip well. Final result. They tasted very good, but are very sweet. We divided them are sharing them with friends. A very rich bar.
